What is my customer number?
Located on all invoices under a red block about a third of the way down your invoice. Also usually on a new order blanc or on the back of your catalog.
If I ordered incorrectly, may I return the order?
Yes you may, call to receive authorization and just ship back the material with a note of what you would like to do.
I do not have a credit card, can I still place an order by phone?
Yes you can, you may place an order over the phone via UPS COD and pay by check.
I am not sure of the shipping charge on a large order, can I still place an order?
Yes you can, use the shipping chart by dollar value and add 5% more to cover any excess. We will invoice you for any over or under payments.
Does UPS guaranty my shipment?
Yes, UPS does insure and guaranty deliveries.
Do you have a retail store to come in a browse and buy?
Yes we do have a retail showroom/ warehouse outlet. Visitors are always welcome. Our hours of operations are Monday-Friday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM and Saturdays 9:00 AM - 12:00 Noon with a full Saturday on class days.
